"Tammy was fantastic! We went in as inexperienced homebuyers with a general idea of what we were looking for. Tammy reviewed our list and noted what was reasonable and what would make the search for the perfect home difficult, so we could prioritize what was most important. She was great at finding listings that came very close to ideal and getting us showings immediately. When the house we bought was listed, Tammy used her knowledge of the current hot market to guide us on what a winning bid would be, and it turned out perfectly, as the sellers we so impressed that they accepted immediately.I highly recommend Tammy as a buyer’s agent, she is easy to work with and aggressive when it comes to making sure her clients have the tools they need to find their dream homes."
